Town of Ulster Library District budget wins voter approval
Daily Freeman – 9.7.13 – by William J. Kemble – “Town voters have approved, 47-5, a $301,600 2014 budget for the Town of Ulster Library District that increases the library tax levy slightly. The overall budget increases spending by $500, or 0.17 percent.
Voters on Thursday also returned incumbent trustees Anne A. Davis and Rotena Nippert to the Ulster Library Board, with 49 votes each. Catherine Grange received 29 write-in votes to win election to the third of three board seats that were open. Each seat carries a three-year term.”
