Times Herald Record – 10.6.14 – A facilities task force that includes library board members and community residents has been set up to examine the plans to create a library annex near the main library building.  Fans believe that the annex will set the library up to meet the needs of the future.  Critics believe that the building is overpriced and ignores the main building.
