Town of Ulster library board race draws two candidates
Daily Freeman – 8.8.13 – by William J. Kemble – The two declared candidates for the library board election are incumbents Anne A. Davis, of 15 Jeanette St., Lake Katrine, and Rotena Nippert, of 6 Douglas Drive, Lake Katrine. The third open position will likely be filled by a write-in candidate.
