Amedore announces state construction aid for Ulster County libraries
Daily Freeman – 8.14.19 – “State Sen. George Amedore, R-Rotterdam, says three libraries in Ulster County will receive more than $139,000 in state aid for construction projects. Some $34 million in capital funds have been set aside in the state budget for public library construction projects, including $58,447 for the Kingston Library for outdoor program and meeting space; $9,930 for the Stone Ridge Public Library to expand its circulation area and meeting handicapped access requirements, and $70,839 for the Town of Ulster Public Library to upgrade lighting.”
